Reports & Guidelines

Our sustainability efforts are reflected in our reporting. We provide our Sustainability Reports as well as general guidelines, regulations, policies and ISO certificates for you to download.

Transparency is key

We have been detailing our efforts to meet our obligations to society since 1993, initially focusing on environmental issues. In 2003, we began reporting on sustainability issues every two years. Since 2016, we have published a report annually. Starting in 2025, we have been disclosing a Sustainability Statement in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

In 2020, we formulated new, strategic sustainability goals and established the Group Corporate Sustainability unit. As a result, we also renamed our “CR Report” to “Sustainability Report”.

Our guidelines and certificates

We implement our values and our positions through guidelines that are part of a structured system of policies and procedures. This system aims to ensure that all employees know the relevant rules and regulations and can apply them to their work. Tried-and-proven management systems ensure that the processes relevant to our sustainability strategy are systematically managed and monitored.
